I burned a list on a cold domain. Once. That was enough.
I did the cheap thing. New domain. Real list. Spam folder. That is not a warmup problem you solve with hope. Continuous SMTP/IMAP for new and early domains. Optional: send a controlled campaign through your real ESP and see Primary, Promotions, or Spam — before you risk a bigger send. $79/mo. Not $9.99. Lists under ~30k. No inbox guarantee.

Who Email Fire Domain is for (and who it is not)

Mode A — Continuous warmup
Connect SMTP/IMAP. We run gradual seed-style engagement on a controlled network so a new domain builds early sending behavior. Main plan: $79/mo · $790/yr per domain.
Mode B — ESP placement (optional)
Controlled campaign through your real ESP to ~150 protected recipients. Logged-in report over ~48 hours. +$20/mo · +$200/yr. Not required for warmup.
What we will never pretend to be
High-volume operators sometimes need large Gmail-side seed lists to cushion spam complaints at massive daily volume. That market often costs hundreds of dollars per domain per month — and the sketchy path is mass phone-verified Gmail accounts. Those farms die, get stolen, and violate Gmail’s rules. We do not build or sell that.
The 30,000-subscriber line is a product-fit guide so the right people buy and the wrong people self-select out. Above that, talk to high-volume specialists. Below that, we help you warm the path you actually use — honestly.

Escaping Spam doesn’t mean reaching the inbox.
Your email can deliver and still die in Promotions. Most warmup tools exercise a separate mailbox path. They do not show what happens when a normal broadcast travels through your ESP’s sending route.
Email Fire Domain keeps continuous domain warmup as the core product for early-stage senders — and offers optional placement testing on the route you actually use for real sends.
Two signals. One clearer picture.
Continuous Warmup
Connect SMTP/IMAP. We run gradual, hands-off seed engagement for the sending domain.
- Controlled ramp
- Spam rescue where supported
- Natural reply behavior (no robotic AI tells)
- Ongoing domain activity
- $79/mo · $790/yr per domain
ESP Placement Test
Send a controlled broadcast through your ESP to a private, customer-specific test segment.
- Primary / Inbox visibility when detectable
- Promotions / Updates · Spam / Junk · Missing · Unknown
- 150 protected recipient addresses per test · 4 tests/mo
- 48-hour collection window · report in your dashboard (login only)
- +$20/mo · +$200/yr → $99 / $990 total when added
What you import into your ESP (be clear)
For a placement test you receive a downloadable list of about 150 protected recipient addresses (or we sync them via API when that path is live). That is not our master seed list.
- What you get: unique, revocable addresses generated for your account and verified sending domain only
- What you do: import that file (or connected list) into a dedicated ESP list — e.g. EFD Placement Test — yourdomain.com — then send your test broadcast to it
- What you never get: our underlying mailbox logins, the full network, or addresses other customers use
- Why it exists: your ESP needs real destination addresses; we keep the valuable network private behind those tokens
If someone else mails those addresses, results for your test stay invalid. Tokens can be rotated or revoked when a test ends or a seat cancels.
You can run continuous warmup alone forever. ESP placement is optional — for when you need evidence on the AWeber / Systeme / MailWizz (or other ESP) path before a big send.
How it works
1. Verify your sending domain
Confirm the domain and from-address you use for real campaigns. Connect SMTP + IMAP on that domain.
2. Run continuous warmup
We engage a controlled seed network with send → rescue → open → short human-like replies on a ramp. Your clicker lists stay out of it.
3. Optional: test your ESP route
If you add placement, you download or sync ~150 protected recipient addresses to import into your ESP — not our master seed list. Send from your ESP, then read the 48-hour report while logged in.
Our network stays private. Your test stays isolated.
Continuous warmup and placement tests use a controlled seed network we operate. You never receive mailbox credentials or the master list. Approved senders only — seeds engage your verified from-address, not every customer’s traffic mixed together.
Shared pool, private mapping
Placement uses customer-specific, revocable recipient tokens mapped internally — not a downloadable seed dump.
Approved senders only
When you start warmup, your from-address is approved on the pool for that domain and mailbox only.
Live SMTP when ready
Connect real SMTP/IMAP credentials. Engagement hits real seed mailboxes when the connection is valid.
We do not publish a vanity “owned mailbox” counter on this page. Capacity is managed operationally; marketing claims stay qualitative until verified.
Don’t trust a spinner. Read the report (when logged in).
Placement results live in your dashboard after a test — sample size, date, providers, folder mix, and history. We do not paste fake “68% Primary” graphics as public proof.
Example placement summary (illustrative)
- Primary / Inbox — sample %
- Promotions / Updates — sample %
- Spam / Junk — sample %
- Missing / Unknown — sample %
Real numbers appear only for your account after a real test. 48-hour collection window. 150 recipients per test when ESP option is active.
Pricing
Billed per sending domain — not per account. Main continuous warmup is $79/mo or $790/yr per domain. ESP Placement Testing is optional.

- Continuous SMTP/IMAP warmup
- Hands-off ramp + seed cycles
- Spam rescue + open tracking
- AI human-like replies
- 3 domains → $237/mo
- 1 sending domain per seat
- Everything in monthly warmup
- ~2 months free vs monthly
- Google + 2FA protected seat
- 3 domains → $2,370/yr
or +$200/yr · totals $99/mo or $990/yr with main plan
- 4 placement tests / month
- ~150 protected recipient addresses to import (not master list)
- 48-hour report window
- Logged-in dashboard results
- Not required for continuous warmup
Priced for early-stage domain seats — not enterprise Gmail-seed packages that run hundreds per domain. Competitor “inbox seat” tools often price $15–49/inbox. We price a full hands-off domain fire path for people just getting started. Add another domain, add another main seat ($79/$790). If you need industrial high-volume seed farms, see who this is not for.
FAQ
Who is this for?
People just getting started with domain warmup: new or early sending domains and lists under about 30,000 subscribers. Not big-time solo ads blasters, not 70k/day industrial mailers, not buyers hunting for 500 free Gmails. Full write-up: Product Truth · PDF.
Do you create free Gmail / PVA seed accounts?
No. We do not mass-create free Gmail accounts or buy phone-verified account farms. That violates Gmail’s Terms of Service and is a common scam path. We stay ToS-clean: continuous SMTP/IMAP warmup plus optional ESP placement diagnostics on a controlled network we operate.
Does this guarantee Primary inbox placement?
No. Email providers change continuously. We provide controlled warmup and optional diagnostic placement signals — not a guarantee of placement, opens, clicks, reputation, or revenue.
Is ESP placement required?
No. The main product is continuous SMTP/IMAP warmup at $79/$790. ESP Placement Testing is optional (+$20/+200).
Do I receive the full seed list?
No. For ESP placement you may import about 150 protected recipient addresses that work only for your account and verified sender. That CSV/list is a tokenized front door for your test — not our master seed list, not mailbox passwords, and not addresses other customers use. Continuous warmup never requires you to import any list at all.
What exactly do I import into AWeber / Systeme / MailWizz?
A short list of protected recipient emails we generate for that test (about 150). Label the ESP list clearly (e.g. EFD Placement Test — yourdomain.com). Send only your approved from-address to that list. After the 48-hour window, check placement results in your logged-in dashboard.
Which ESPs?
Designed for AWeber, Systeme.io, MailWizz, and other ESPs via adapters / protected CSV. We do not claim an integration is live until it works end to end.
Where do I see placement reports?
Only when logged in — your dashboard. Public pages do not show real customer percentages.
